What Item Upgrade Experts Want You To Know
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often enhances its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are made available.
The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. This replaces the item with another item of the same type, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original level of the item, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates, or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of an item for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can reroll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power increases the damage done by weapons and melee attacks while spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next Success is being rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they are open, they display a full description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones which increase the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones are also available to players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's level, and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item upgrader mod's level a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in combat without straining their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.
For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally, players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.
Items with upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at once. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular amount of items to be applied and an appropriate amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained by completing quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Upgrades to items give players the ability to boost certain stats of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade Item tokens.
The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for added effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.
Upgrades can increase the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components include additional modifiers which can further improve the item upgrades's stats.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", on the other hand, increases weapon damage.
Some items benefit from upgrading less because of their improved stats and more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will place an item in your inventory after you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
